Complaint handling system

Pursuant to Act No. 170/2018 Coll. on insurance and reinsurance distribution, the company has implemented a complaint handling system which creates an environment open to feedback.

Customer satisfaction with the provided services is of vital importance to us, which is why we carefully examine all complaints and take remedial action.
